Client & Provider Rights & Responsibilities
Both the Provider & the Client are responsible for a satisfactory therapeutic relationship. Establishing clear expectations is critical to the success of this relationship.

Provider Responsibilities
- Perform a thorough intake, communicate clearly, & establish clear expections for the session
- Respect Client boundaries, protect Client modesty
- Conduct professional, therapeutic session
Provider Rights
- Receive accurate information regarding health concerns & Client goals
- Expect clear, respectful communication from Client
- Be free from harm
Client Responsibilites
- Provide thorough health history, communicate clearly Client expections for the session
- Respect Provider boundaries & refrain from inappopriate advances
- Take responsibility for their own wellbeing & decisions
Client Rights
- Receive professional & therapeutic services from Provider
- Expect clear, respectful communication from Client
- Be free from harm
Cancellation, Late Arrival, & No-Show Policy
I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In my desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies will be enforced.
Cancelations
48 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment.
This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment.
If you are unable to give 48 hours advance notice you will be charged half of your appointment fee.
Cancelations within 24 hours or less, the full amount of your appointment must be paid.
*Exceptions may be made at the discretion of the therapist.
**No fee will be charged in the case that the appointment time is filled by another client.
- If you have an account on file, the charge will come out automatically.
- If you do not have an account on file, the cancelation fee must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.
No-shows
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” No-shows will be automatically charged the full appointment fee.
A pattern of no-shows will be de-prioritized for scheduling.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate the appointments following yours.
Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be financially responsible for the “full” session.
Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
Refunds
Because the nature of this business is service oriented, there will be no refunds for services rendered. It is the desire of the Provider to preserve every therapeutic relationship and cultivate wellbeing for both parties. Because this is a value, the Provider reserves the right to issue discounts, gift cards and deals on a case by case basis.

*This is a licensed massage service and is entirely therapeutic in nature. The Provider will not suggest nor entertain any illicit activities. In the case that the Provider senses any danger, sexual advances, or breach of safety the Client will be asked to leave, the police will be contacted, and the Client will be blacklisted.
