Investing in healing bodywork is an investment in your whole health.
Our bodies "keep the score", a record of experiences and memories stored up in our cells; healing bodywork is a powerful, non-verbal modality to provide release and relief for the unspoken physical and emotional tension that builds up just living in this world. Whether you're interested in massage for the physical health benefits or interested in incorporating more emotional/spiritual work, you've come to the right place!

All massage & bodywork modalities are offered at the same rate.
I have created multiple levels of payment to fit your needs. Please read carefully!!
